SHIPPING

We thank you for shopping with us and for your interest in MONCHOICE Global. We greatly appreciate your interest in our business! All of our products derive from Mongolia.  To reduce shipping times, we have established some products in the United States in our storage warehouses to make our products readily available for our customers.

MONCHOICE Global can ship to nearly any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICY

In order to keep shipping costs down for products shipping out from Mongolia, our basic international shipping is completed via Mongol Post Express Mail Service. Mongol Post EMS will provide a tracking number which you can check on their website at www.mongolpost.mn
Typical delivery times of Mongol Post EMS are 2-4 weeks for delivery, however, shipping to some countries may take longer.

MonChoiceGlobal typically ships orders within 1-2 business days. Please make sure your address is correct in our system and use the notes section to include any special shipping instructions.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of most products* for exchange or refund, less original shipping charge (if applicable), within 7days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

*Unless the product’s item description notes that it cannot be returned or stipulates a different return policy time period
**New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage. For returns that show signs of use or are missing accessories, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
